About the event
Shine like Shakti is a supportive yoga workshop series designed to help girls ages 9–13 connect with their bodies, build confidence, and explore their inner light in a safe and welcoming space.
Through yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, gentle discussion, and creative reflection, participants will be guided to:
Build strength and flexibility
Develop body awareness and self-confidence
Learn tools for emotional regulation and stress relief
