Seven gatherings. Seven energy centres. One beautiful journey inward.
Join us for a seven-part Reiki, Sound Bath & Yoga journey through the chakra system, with each gathering devoted to a different energy centre and its unique themes.
You are invited to experience the entire seven-part journey, moving from the grounding energy of the Root Chakra all the way to the expansive connection of the Crown — or simply choose the individual circles that call to you.
There is no need to commit to all seven. Each gathering is a complete experience in itself, allowing you to explore a single chakra, intention, and energetic theme at a time.
Through gentle, chakra-focused yoga, guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, crystal singing bowls, breath, reflection, and intentional rest, we will explore each energy centre through the body, mind, and energetic field.
