Because space within The Seven Chakra Circle is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and sacredness of our gatherings, pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your place.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice and we will be happy to transfer your payment to another gathering within the series, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have registered for an individual circle and are unable to attend, your space may be transferred to another person with advance notice. Please contact us before the event with the name of the person taking your place.

For those participating in the full seven-part journey, missed gatherings cannot be refunded or credited individually. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to another upcoming circle within the series, where space permits.

If a gathering is cancelled or rescheduled by The Sideroad Studio, you will be given the option of transferring your payment to the new date or receiving a full refund.

Thank you for honouring the energy, time, and sacred space that goes into creating these intimate gatherings.

Your place is reserved especially for you. Please honour your commitment to yourself and to the circle.
